Bounce risk estimator
Rough domain bounce-risk messaging — before you spend credits
Paste a domain or email. Get heuristic risk messaging (disposable-like names, free webmail, odd TLDs). Everything runs in your browser — no DNS and no paid APIs. Use it to triage, then confirm survivors with Verifly mailbox verification.
Client-side only. No DNS lookups and no paid APIs — rough messaging to triage before full verification.
low bounce-risk signal
score 25/100
Domain: acme.com
Why
- No strong disposable or free-webmail signals — still verify mailboxes; catch-alls look healthy until they bounce.
Next steps
- This is a rough domain heuristic only — confirm with Verifly mailbox verification before send.
- Use /tools/credit-calculator to size a pack, then verify the full list via API or CSV.
Heuristics, not mailbox proof
This tool never talks to a mail server. It only inspects the domain string for disposable-like labels, free-webmail hosts, and a few TLD / structure signals. A "low" score can still be a catch-all or dead inbox; a "high" score is a triage hint, not a legal finding.
For real deliverability verdicts use Verifly GET /api/v1/verify or bulk endpoints — or the hosted MCP tools at /mcp.
Where it fits in a GTM workflow
Use it when skimming a new client domain list or deciding whether a free-webmail-heavy segment is worth a full credit burn. Then size a pack with the credit calculator and verify.
Download a sample CSV to practice imports without touching production data.
Frequently asked questions
Does this call Verifly or DNS?
No. It is entirely client-side string heuristics. No network requests are required for the estimate.
Can I trust a low score to send?
No. Low only means no strong disposable/free-mail/TLD red flags in the string. Always mailbox-verify before cold sequences.
How is this different from the email risk checker?
Email risk checker combines syntax, role, disposable lists, and DNS for one address. This estimator is a faster domain-string triage with zero network calls.
